I Stand for Peace

Last night was a beautifully blessed occasion: the Atlanta gathering of the Art of Living "I Stand for Peace" campaign where founder Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar delivered a powerful call to action to honor and appreciate one another's differences, celebrate diversity, and make a daily practice of eliminating stress and strain in our lives (as this leads to unrest and violence).

Thankful to my darling friend Mona Shah Joshi for getting us on the VIP list for the private reception with Gurudev, and grateful to have shared this lovely evening with friends Rev Dionne Lackey, Lisa Riley, and Rev Rowena Silvera Beck (who also let me hitch a ride)!
